FOU, Zone ‘B’ Kaduna Is Committed To Fiscal Policy Compliance …Says Comptroller Bello Shuaibu

The Customs Area Controller, Federal Operations Unit, Zone ‘B’ Kaduna, Comptroller Ahmadu Bello Shuaibu, noted that the Federal Operations Unit, Zone ‘B’ of Nigeria Customs Service, is committed to fiscal policy compliance of the federal government and rules of operations in intercepting illicit items and smuggling activities.
The Customs Area Controller of Federal Operations Unit, Zone ‘B’ Kaduna, Comptroller Shuaibu disclosed this during the Comptroller General of Customs Conference 2024, held in Abuja.
In addition to this, Comptroller Ahmadu Bello Shuaibu, said Kaduna has the highest number of retired senior customs officers, and as a result of this needs more security support and arms to adequately safeguard their lives and properties.
Comptroller Ahmadu Bello Shuaibu, further noted that the unit has mobilized a proactive and pragmatic response as well as intelligence operational approach that ensure prompt interception of contraband and under payment in accordance with the extant laws.
